Working Together
Sometimes we have a handle on what is troubling us but can’t to seem to move forwards. Other times we continue to pretend to ourselves and others that ‘everything is fine’. More often we are partially aware that, for example, ‘something is not right’.
Getting more of handle on what is troubling us is complicated and daunting. But through working with an independent therapist, trained to listen and interpret at many levels, without judgement, criticism or shame, you can gain more insight into your ‘blind spots’. Through talking and working through these together, your ways forward will become clearer, less daunting.
I believe that our biggest problems often arise from associations our minds are making that we are not conscious of. Once we increase our awareness of what is happening within us, for example, finding triggers and patterns of behaviours, we can then feel more in control of what we can do next to help us through the difficult times.
We will be working together one nurturing step at a time to help you increase your understanding of you. To help you make relevant insightful connections, and to encourage your self-belief that you can make healthier choices.
