Talking, sharing, working together one nurturing step at a time

We will be working together to increase your levels of self-awareness, for example, working to re-define triggers and patterns of behaviours. Because as you gain can more insight into your ‘blind spots’ – why you may be doing what you are doing – your pathways become clearer and you will feel more confident to make improvements.

Sometimes we have a handle on what is troubling us but can’t to seem to move forwards. Other times we continue to pretend to ourselves and others that ‘everything is fine’. More often we are partially aware that, for example, ‘something is not right’.

Getting a grip on what is troubling us is vastly more complicated and daunting on our own. It’s far easier when working with an independent therapist, who is trained to listen and interpret information at many levels. Listening without judgement, criticism or shame.
